Thomas Lawler, president, is a CPA and a certified valuation analyst. He has a Master of Science degree in taxation from Bentley College and a B.S.B.A. from Boston University. Tom has more than 20 years of public accounting experience working with small businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals.

Tom also served as the Controller of a high tech

manufacturing company and played an integral role in the due diligence function of the acquisition and the disposition of a company.

Tom has served on the Federal Taxation and Continuing Education Committees of the Massachusetts Society of C.P.A.'s. and was elected to two three-year terms as a Town Meeting Member of the Town of Weymouth.

Tara Lamphier, manager, is a CPA and has a B.S.B.A degree from Bryant University. Tara's background is in working with small businesses, individuals and non-profit organizations.

Tara also serves as an Expert Technical Reviewer for a publisher of continuing professional education courses. She has also served on AICPA and MSCPA committees to help maintain high professional standards in the accounting industry.
